Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created during an engagement will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Kuzemkon Studio retains the right to use general knowledge and experience gained during engagements.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kuzemkon Studio's liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
